ANNE LAUBER-RÖNSBERG studied law in Germany (Passau and Heidelberg), Switzerland (Lausanne) and UK (Edinburgh). Legal traineeship (Referendariat) in Berlin. Since 2003 Lecturer at the Institute for Intellectual Property, Competition and Media Law of the University of Dresden. Since 2008 substitute member of the Ethics Commission of the Dresden Faculty of Medicine.

The presentation will focus on European law but also draw comparisons to the American system.
