Patrick J. O’Malley is a corporate and securities law practitioner, as well as a university lecturer/visiting professor in international corporate governance and on US law matters. He has been based in Italy since 2002 and previously worked as an associate attorney at renowned international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer’s Milan office.
